解決の糸口

ずーっと悩まされ続けている、xrea での tdiary ではリロードすると 2 回に 1 回ぐらいの割合で「Script Error」が出てしまう件だが、xrea広告免除とtDiaryとスクリプトエラーに出ているように、index.rb の

head['Last-Modified'] = CGI::rfc1123_date( tdiary.last_modified )

の行を削除したら、全く出なくなった。

意味わかんねぇ～！！！！誰かどうしてこれで動くようになるのか教えて。

でも、Last-Modified ヘッダ出さないと、アンテナとか困っちゃうんですけど、、、

たださん、ツッコミありがとうございます。makelirs.rb と output_rdf.rb を動くように設定してみました。

xrea のサポートに質問してみたら、ファイルの頭に nph- とつけて nph-index.rb などにしてみてはどうか、という迅速な回答を頂いた。

nph というのは Non Parsed Header CGI スクリプトのことなんだそうな。確かに nph- をつけると、正しく動くようだ。よかったよかった。でも、こうすると、今度は普通は apache が出力してくれるはずの HTTP ヘッダの一部が出力されなくなるので、もし必要であれば、それを CGI スクリプト側で出力してやるようにしないといけないようだ。

今は lirs, rdf で行くことにしよう。

あら、うまく動かないですか、、、僕のところではうまく行っているように見えるんですが。 nph- をつけただけだと Mozilla でみると、ヘッダやソースがそのままベロッと表示されてしまうので、

print "HTTP/1.1 200 OK\n"

というのをヘッダの出力の前に追加してます(これはこれでどうかと思うので(^^;、上述のように「Last-Modified削除＆lirs,rdf 出力」方式が最良だろうとは思いますが)

↑数日したら削除します。削除しました(2004/05/12)。現在はこの日記自体が td_test と同じ設定(つまり nph-index.rb)で動いています。

おぉ、cgi.rb に nph 用のコードが入ってたのですね。全然知らなかった～。 ~~http://tmaeda.s45.xrea.com/td_test/nph-index.rb~~ の

をやめて、

head = {
 'nph' => true,
 'type' => 'text/html',
 'Vary' => 'User-Agent'
}

に書き換えました。正常に動作しています。
